A suggestion, if possible, is to add an option to VrayDecal to apply it to a specific material. For example, in the case of objects with multi-material, apply it only to the specified ID or material name.
If I have my cameras hidden in 3dsmax, they don't show up in Vantage. This has become such a pain as sometimes I forget to unhide them when exporting. Please allow a checkbox to 'export hidden cameras' in the Max plugin.
Load in cryptomatte alpha to act as render region matte
It would be great if you could load in a black and white map jpeg sequence (or an PNG with unpremult alpha) to act as a custom render region. So if you need to re-render just one element in your shot you can isolate it and do it quickly. Thanks

add a lights statistic feature to the V-Ray Profiler. It would be very helpful to analyze how much each light contributes to render times. This would make debugging very complex scenes much easier.
Purchase the rights for old Mental Ray plugins so the scene converter can import them
Is there any way Chaos could buy up the rights to make scene converter work with old Mental Ray scenes? I would love to be able to open up some old projects and freshen them up.
I think that adding this option could improve this process, sometimes I export objects and 3ds crash and I couldnt save changes and I need to redo the operation again, saving the .mat could save me time
