Tempeture Parameter at Vray Light Material

Hi,

It would be great if we could also add a temperature parameter when assigning a texture to a V-Ray Light material. Especially if the temperature could be set in Kelvin, and even better, if we could assign a separate texture to that parameter. This way, particularly when working with multi-materials, by using the instance feature, we could change the Kelvin value of a single parameter and automatically update the Kelvin values of all similar textures in the scene that share the same material.

This would be especially useful in the Vantage application, where we can't use OSL. For example, in fake interior objects we create from boxes, this feature would help a lot. Let's say we have an object that resembles a white storefront. We'd like to be able to adjust this object and others with similar textures to have a tone closer to 3500 Kelvin by simply changing a single parameter using the instance feature.

We were able to do this in the Octane render engine, which we used before. We could change the Kelvin value of objects distributed with RailClone within the material parameters. I’m sharing some example visuals as well.
