It will be useful if there is more control for the clouds:
Affect shadows ON/OFF
Affect Specular ON/OFF
Currently animated clouds, could change the entire scene lighting for a single frame - not very predictable.
Hi, this might be possible for the shadows, and a lot more trickier for the speculars. Are you ok, if we change the task to only shadows?
