CarpaintMtl2: Add Random Hue for Flakes

Hey guys,

the flake random color in CarPaintMtl2 can only be driven by a map right now.
The older StochasticFlakesMtl has the option to generate colored flakes by random hue. It would be nice if this function could be impletmented into CarPaintMtl as well, so we do not need to assign a map. Along with the other paramaters for the random hue, like saturation, lightness etc.

Hey guys,right now we have to assign a colored map to get random colored flakes.In the StochasticFlakesMtl there was an option to use random hue for colored flakes. Can this please be ported to CarpaintMtl2, alogn with it's options like saturation...
